Seeking a passionate and experienced Industrial Property Broker to join our expanding team. POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings & negotiate leasing terms
Advise clients on market conditions & property values
Draft lease agreements & sales contracts
Build and manage relationships with tenants & landlords
Identify new business opportunities
Stay updated on market trends

Experience Required:

Proven experience in Industrial Property Sales and Leasing
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
