SUMMARY:
Our Client based in the Eastern Cape is seeking an IR Officer for a 12 month Contract

POSITION INFO:

Qualification, Experience and Requirements
•
Matric Certificate
•
Tertiary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Relevant qualification
•
A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in both HR and Civil Engineering Industry
•
Valid driver’s license
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
•
Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and site personnel
•
Excellent Conflict Management skills
•
Adept in handling Community disputes, queries and conflicts
•
Proficient in the Xhosa and English languages (both verbal and written)
•
Ability to deal responsibly with confidential information
•
Planning, organizing, prioritizing and time management skills
