Well established manufacturing company in Hazyview is looking for an Industrial Relations Specialist to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations or similar qualification
Min 10 Years’ experience in IR within a medium to large organisation
Excellent experience in developing, implementing and administering IR and HR policies
Experience with the CCMA and Bargaining Council
Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Must be computer literate
Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers’ license
