POSITION INFO:

Our Client a global tech firm is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to join their team in Johannesburg on a contract basis.

Description

The primary responsibility of the IT Architect is to design and implement complex computer systems and offer infrastructure services. The professional will address any issues related to ICT security and performance. Take charge of the software and hardware installations, specification, testing and service transition. The professional will have to identify the potential technology innovations and engage with businesses. The architect needs to guide in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management.

Requirements

Matric / National Diploma / BSC Degree (Computing / Information Systems) / BTech (Computer Systems / Information Systems)

Preferable Requirements

Microsoft Certifications (MCITP / MCTS / MCSA / MCSE / MCP
VMWare Certifications (vSphere’s v5.x / 6.x / 7.x)
Networking Knowledge (CISCO technology)
The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence (EACOE)
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
