Infrastructure Specialist

POSITION INFO:

Your responsibilities will include managing the provision of IT software and hardware services across multiple platforms

Your extensive skills will equip you to operate system requirements on premises as well as hosted environments

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical support with call centre environment

Management of ad support of cloud hosted technology stack

ITIL

PABX, ACD systems, CRM systems experience

Extensive knowledge of mainframe operating systems

Solid understanding of SDLC

Qualification:

BSc Computer Science or similar
