SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to support our external sales team, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth from within the office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, technical products, and fast-paced sales environments.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound enquiries and generate quotations
Proactively follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
Support external sales engineers with proposals and customer communication
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical needs
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data
Assist with order processing, pricing, and delivery coordination
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

2–5 years’ experience in internal/inside sales or sales support
Experience in engineering, electrical, or industrial products (advantageous)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
