SUMMARY:
Installation Team Lead required to join leading digital solutions Company based in Midrand. Required to ensure the successful installation of Company solutions to Clients and client requirements, satisfaction and expectations.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
Training in networking and relevant information technology qualification.
3 years information Technology Industry.
Verbal and written communication skills
Background and experience in related field
Able to adapt to operational changes
Good time management skills
Customer Service orientated
Driver’s License
Ability to solve problems
Able to use initiative
IT and installation knowledge and experience

Receive Job Schedule:

Obtain Site preparation document from admin/project manager.
Discuss job and site requirements with Project Manager.

Receive and Check Stock:

Receive and collect stock from courier or regional warehouse
Check that all stock fits requirements for site with stock controller and sign for stock received.

Installation:

Once on site, introduction to client or relevant person and request off load area. Report any problems on site that may delay or effect installation on site to Project Manager.
Complete installation to Company standards.
Contact scheduling department for playlisting of media and if required technical department for online solutions.
Once installation has been completed to client’s satisfaction, sign off is obtained.

Reporting:

Fill in detailed report of installation on sign off document.
Send report, images and sign-off''s to admin.
Complete relevant virtual stock movements into or out of stores virtual venue (Stock tracking).

Installation Assistant:

Ensure assistant follows protocols and standards.

Vehicle:

Complete and submit weekly vehicle checks.
Ensure vehicle is kept neat and tidy at all times.
Maintain good company image.

Tool check:

Ensure tools are kept in working condition, including company issued cellular phone.
Report any loss or damaged tools to superior.

Health and Safety:

As per health and safety training given, all Installers and assistants to adhere to all safety regulations.
Team Leaders will need to ensure PPE is used at all times and all hazards are identified as per regulations.
