SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking an Insulation / CIS Supervisor to join their team in the Netherlands.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Insulation / CIS Supervisor / Manager
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Relevant certification in Insulation or Construction Management.
Minimum 2 - 10 years of experience in insulation supervision.
Knowledge of thermal, acoustic, and fireproof insulation systems.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee insulation teams during installation, maintenance, and dismantling activities.
Inspect insulation materials and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for insulation workers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Maintain records of materials used and project progress.
