Insurance Claims & Administrator

Administration Strong

R10k to R17k CTC – Qualification and Experience Dependent.

(RE5 with less than 2 years’ experience – 12K)

(RE5 with 2 years’ experience – 12k-15K)

Insurance claims personnel must have a sound knowledge of underwriting principles in order to successfully administer the claims process. They must apply their knowledge of risk assessment in relation to the claim submitted in light of the extent of cover in terms of the underlying policy and the potential risk of fraud attaching to the claim submitted by the client. Each claim must be assessed individually and must be judged on its own unique merits taking into account the specific information provided by the client in relation to the claim and to the extent of cover granted under the policy.

To open all claims in a prompt efficient manner
To administer claims accurately and timeously.
Loading of payments of claims
To enter accurate data onto claims the system
To maintain and administer the claims records
Appointing of various suppliers
