SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Insurance Sales Consultant to manage and convert leads provided by the business across both business and life insurance. The role is focused on understanding client needs, preparing suitable insurance options, following up opportunities and converting leads into new business

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement 3-5 years' experience in insurance broking Experience in Business insurance and or Life insurance preferred Strong communication, negotiations and closing skills confident working with sales targets and KPIs Strong follow-up and CRM management skills Relevant insurance qualifications and certifications highly regarded Key responsibility Contact and manage allocated leads Understand client needs across business and life insurance Prepare and present quotations and insurance options Follow up leads, quotes and outstanding information through to conversion Liaise with insurers, underwriters and internal teams where required Maintain strong relationships with referral partners by providing timely updates on referred clients and ensuring consistent communication throughout the process Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups and pipeline activity Cross-sell suitable additional insurance products Meet individual sales, conversion and revenue targets Provide professional ongoing service to clients throughout targets Key KIPs Lead-to-sale conversion rate New business revenue\/GWP Quote conversion rate Speed and consistency of lead follow-up Cross-selling performance CRM and pipeline management
