Key Responsibilities:

Partner with actuarial and business teams to deliver insights on pricing, reserving, and risk
Analyse large and complex insurance datasets to identify patterns and opportunities
Support IFRS 17 reporting with accurate and compliant data pipelines
Build and optimise predictive models and reporting tools
Translate complex technical results into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Honours/Master’s an advantage)
Experience: Proven experience within the Insurance industry (essential)
Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
- Understanding of IFRS 17 and insurance data structures
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills - ability to explain complex data in plain English
