Job Description:

Position Overview: As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be a key part of our sales team, responsible for engaging potential customers and driving sales through effective communication and a target-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.

• Utilize telesales techniques to pitch and promote products or services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and information to clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous outbound call center or telesales experience.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Vibrant, energetic, and proactive attitude.

• Strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

• Basic Salary: R4000

• Attendance Bonus: R1000

• Kicker Bonus: R1500

• Uncapped Commission Potential: Up to R19000

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Wednesday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
