POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients, building relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Selling Insurance policy’s Face-To-Face to clients.

Explain policy terms, conditions and benefits.

Handle client’s questions and concerns.

Process applications.

Work with sales team to close sales.

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

Meet weekly sales targets and performance goals.

Desired Experience & Qualification

- Matric with an average of 50%
- Valid South African ID
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel
- Experience in sales or a related field is an advantage, but not required
