POSITION INFO:
The Head of Operations (INTEGRATOR) is the organizational glue, the steady hand that drives clarity, accountability, and performance across the organisation. This person ensures that the CEO’s ideas become execution, that priorities are clear, and that every major function works in harmony. They manage the business plan, lead the leadership team, and make sure the company gains traction on its growth and scaling strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coach the leadership team to deliver results
- Build a high-trust, high-accountability culture
- Translate the CEO's long-term strategy into an actionable 1 year and quarterly plan
- Align departments (Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, Marketing) to the execution plan
- Oversee Systems, Projects, and Process Implementation
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring on-time delivery, zero defect quality, and smooth production flow.
- Support the OPS Manager in implementing Lean systems and standard operating procedures
- Take full ownership of company performance: P&L, cash flow, and key metrics.
- Maintain a balanced focus on sales growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience leading multi-departmental teams in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Proven success implementing systems or software platforms across departments
- Skilled in operationalizing vision, translating ideas into structured, measurable execution
- Commercially astute with P&L ownership experience
- Natural systems thinker: simplifies complexity, builds processes, and enforces follow through
- Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and able to lead strong personalities
- Experienced with EOS®, Scaling Up, or similar frameworks (advantageous)
