Intelligent Automation Specialist

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced IA Specialist to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Pre - Delivery 

• Assist with cost and time estimations for proposals 
• Provide input into end-to-end solution design. (Technology Selection Design Authority)  

Manage Delivery

• Mobilise Delivery project team 
• Planning of Delivery project development timelines 
• Manage Delivery project time and budget
• Running of stand-ups/progress reports 
• Administrate Kanban boards for progress tracking 
• Quality control of Delivery outputs (code reviews, adherence to standards and best practices) as defined in the delivery method 
• Liaise with Analysts to ensure stakeholder needs are met in terms of the proposed solution 
• Work with Project Manager to try and mitigate risk or update on risks that influence delivery time 
• Facilitate in resolving of any blockers the team might encounter 
• Ensure all tools for measuring scorecards (Project Works) are updated 

Delivery

• Design and documentation of automated solutions. Both holistic high-level design within the framework of the system architecture as well as finer detail design for individual building blocks (components/objects) with a focus on process data flow. (Technical Solution Design Authority)
• Delivery outputs (documentation, approvals and sign-off) as defined in the delivery method 
• Build of RPA/IA solution 
• Testing (Dev/QA/Prod) testing of solution 
• Overseeing deployment to production 
• Responsible with handling SLA''s for production support (project dependant)
• Production support and testing 

Managing Team

• Ensure the wellbeing of the team with regular 1-on-1 sessions
• Facilitate development of skills (technical and soft) for personal and career growth
• Providing technical support and mentoring for any issues
• Facilitate collaborative work between team members
• Leave Planning and approval
• Performance Management
• Making sure the team goals are aligned to Goals of the business
• Participate in the recruitment of new staff (Screening Interviews)

Firm Building

• Contribute to create or improve firms'' methods, standards and quality. (Example - building of custom utilities using code and the upkeep and maintenance of those utilities (technical)

Required Accreditations

• Blue Prism Developer
• Blue Prism Professional Developer
• Solution Designer

And or

• Applicable Accreditation for specialisation (Example Blue Prism Technical Architect)

Work Experience and Education 

• 3 + years working experience in relevant role
• At least 1 year Experience in leading a team. Hands on approach with solution  development
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Industrial + Mechatronic Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• (any engineering degree/Diploma)
• FTI business analysis advantageous
