SUMMARY:

Intercompany Accountant | International Finance

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve variances. Process intercompany invoices, transactions and payment settlements. Manage the full monthly global recharge process. Monitor intercompany balances and provide reporting to Regional Finance Heads. Liaise with international Finance and Operations teams to resolve queries. Support month-end close, journals, balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews. Ensure accurate allocation of expenses and cost centres. Prepare payment and settlement information for Finance Managers. Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation. Manage the global corporate credit card process. Assist with supplier setup and maintenance. Provide support with international VAT and sales tax requirements. Act as a finance business partner to Operations teams on transactional matters. Minimum Requirements 5+ years' accounting experience , with strong intercompany exposure. Minimum 5 years' experience in invoice processing and financial data capturing. Proven experience with intercompany reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Experience working across multiple countries and currencies. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large volumes of financial data. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international teams. Advantageous Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Experience with IPOS, Hubspot and SUN Accounting Exposure to international VAT and sales tax. Knowledge of US and\/or UK sales tax regulations. Experience within a multinational organisation.
