SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an Interior Architect to join their team in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute interior architectural designs for retail and commercial spaces.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and presentation materials using Revit.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and provide solutions to design or construction challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, materials, and technologies in interior architecture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and commercial interior architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience with project management and client-facing roles
