Interior Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Sales Executive to join our team in George. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interiors, furniture, and design, with strong sales ability and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting furniture and décor solutions while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist customers in-store with selecting furniture, décor, and interior solutions
• Provide expert advice on layouts, colour schemes, fabrics, and finishes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and quotations
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure displays are visually appealing
• Stay up to date with current interior design trends and product knowledge
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Process orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries

• Proven sales experience (preferably in furniture, interiors, or retail)
• Strong passion for interior design and décor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Computer literate (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends

• Qualification or short course in Interior Design or Decorating
• Experience working in a showroom environment
• Knowledge of space planning or basic design principles
