POSITION INFO:
We're hiring an Intermediate Business Analyst!

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business processes, products, and services.
- Support the development of strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact on assigned projects.
- Assist in analysing business requirements and contribute to the design of effective solutions.
- Work under guidance to elicit, document, and communicate business requirements (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria).
- Write clear and structured user stories and features to support agile development teams.
- Help maintain a prioritised backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and delivery team.
- Participate in product analysis and contribute ideas for improvement and innovation.
Your expertise:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
- Experience writing user stories and features aligned with agile best practices.
- 4+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a software development environment.
- Exposure to requirement elicitation techniques such as workshops or interviews.
- Basic understanding of system migration projects is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML files.
- Exposure to BDD and TDD approaches is beneficial.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification such as a diploma, degree (e.g., B.Com, BSc), or certification (IIBA or similar).
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work across multiple projects with support from senior team members.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
