POSITION INFO:
Our client, a software development house is focused on providing innovative automation software solutions and development tools for a variety of customer segments including international distributors, systems integration partners, OEMs and end-users that require process visualization and reporting.
They are currently looking for Intermediate Full Stack C# Developers with very strong SQL to join them on a variety of projects including development of their BI Solution (Product) as well as implementing projects through our solution.
This position offers exposure to the latest technologies within the BI stack, as well as organic progression and on the job training. Ideally, a C# Developer that has moved into a more SQL BI focussed role. As the company plans to employ new technologies, there would also be potential to gain exposure and be part of the process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the existing BI platform
- Designing and building end-to-end BI Solutions
- Generate both generic and adhoc reports as needed
- Interact with clients to understand requirements and business problems/needs.
- Assist, support and drive the successful implementation of BI solutions.
- Support new technology adoption
- The salary is negotiable and is based on the candidates, personality and experience.
Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma and/or
- Microsoft Certification beneficial
Relevant experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in SQL (TSQL)
- Minimum 2 years'' experience in BI
- Practical experience with SSRS / Report development
Knowledge & Skills:
- BI (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, ETL/DI design and implement)
- Dev (SQL Server, T-SQL, ETL, Cube Development)
- Power BI, Microsoft: Azure, Office 365
- A background in C# Full Stack Development is essential
