SUMMARY:
A Financial institute in the Centre of Pretoria has a contract position for an Intermediate Consulting Change Manager. This will be a full time CONTRACT position. ie 168 hours a month

POSITION INFO:

Candidate must have strong knowledge of the principles of Project Management and understanding of the Project Management language

Need to develop, design, assign and implement

Must meet hard deadlines – Assess and develop typical change interventions

A fast pace environment

Must have done Roadshows, Education session, Power Hour

Data Management projects, data classification work, Master data Management, Metadata

5 – 8 years’ experience in Change Management

Must use own initiative, and identify where the gaps are

Must be able to share information, not scared to put their hands up to say they don’t know

Clearly articulates and gets to the point be professional,

Can collaborate and raise a risk or an issue (RAID log)

Agile experience will be an added advantage
