POSITION INFO:
As an Intermediate Developer/Support Analyst, your day might include:

• Backend development and API maintenance for event platform
• Support and maintenance of the existing codebase and infrastructure
• Bug fixes and feature development for mobile and web applications
• Database management and performance optimization
• Integration work with payment systems and third-party platforms
• Technical support for live events and crisis management
• Documentation of systems and processes for knowledge transfer

Experience:

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in relevant tech stack (based on existing platform requirements)
• Experience with API development and database management
• Understanding of payment processing and financial systems integration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with event-driven systems or real-time applications preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile app backend development
• Knowledge of event ticketing or similar transactional platforms
• DevOps and infrastructure management skills
• Experience with scalable, high-traffic applications
• Understanding of security best practices for financial transactions
