Document Model, Complete Value Chain l Process Automation l Aris Process Mapping

EPMN, EPC, BPMN

Workflow Management l Enterprise Content Management l Enterprise Application Integration

Presentation Technologies and ability to present and engage at Executive Level

Assessing, Mapping, and optimizing Business Processes

Gather requirements, generate ideas, and validate designs

Scoping, sixing, and planning all business aspects of a solution and the associated project effort and dependencies

Challenge the status quo with a view to improving the environment or peoples understanding l Change Management

Agile Projects, understanding of the SAFe Framework and the use of Agile Tools including Jira and Confluence
