Intermediate Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client a global Tech firm is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their team in Cape town on a contract basis for 6 to 12 months . They offer stability, growth, attractive rate and an excellent working environment.

As an Intermediate Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a number of projects in order to meet the requirements and timelines set by the business. You will work closely with other team members on your project to ensure that tasks are completed according to plan. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a company where they're able to make changes and handle multiple tasks at once. Requirements

Provides project management guidance to senior and mid-level managers through written and verbal deliverables
Supports design reviews, documentation creation, and documentation review processes.
Assists in the development of risk mitigation plans and the identification of areas for improvement and quality assurance methods.
Serves as a primary liaison with line managers on all project issues; provides recommendations for appropriate action.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in a project management role with at least two years as a team leader
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
Must have strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to take direction from others.
Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with others on all levels of project management including personnel, suppliers, contractors and customers.
