Team Leadership & Coaching

• Own internal system improvements, maintenance, and technological solutions.

• Ensure the team meets internal and external customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define scope and ensure needs are met.
• Keep the team focused on project deliverables and aligned with broader technical goals.
• Execute system engineering initiatives and tickets in line with customer expectations.

• Provide regular status updates on team activities and progress against project funnels.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure transparency with stakeholders.
• Keep analysts and product stakeholders informed of technical outcomes and blockers.

• Ensure systems operate correctly and are continuously enhanced.
• Validate that all code is submitted to version control repositories.
• Assess risks, track issue resolution, and support sustainable system operations.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Proven experience in ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Practical experience in system testing, investigation, and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and MySQL.
• Experience working with integration formats like XML, JSON, XSD, and EDI.

• Proficient in C#.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong ability to write complex queries and stored procedures.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - able to coach, guide, and inspire.
• Focused on customer needs with the ability to engineer solutions effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work.
