Our client, a forward-thinking technology company based in Pretoria, is seeking an Intermediate Java Developer to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

POSITION INFO:
About the Role:

You will be part of an agile development team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

5 – 7 years’ experience in software development
Strong technical proficiency in:
- Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Frameworks & Platforms: Node.js, Angular, WildFly
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Operating Systems: Linux-based environments
- CI/CD & DevOps Tools: Bamboo

Key Competencies:

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a hybrid work environment
Passion for technology and continuous learning
