JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Local and International
Must be able to speak Afrikaans for the client base is Afrikaans dominant.
The role is a consultative function in which the incumbent manages a portfolio of clients and compiles domestic, regional and international travel packages for corporate clients.
Strong operational and GDS/travel systems experience, fares knowledge, staff management skills and can work within a fast-paced, busy environment To handle all corporate bookings - Domestic, regional and international reservations.
Car hire and accommodation reservations. Visa applications.
Ticketing.
Attended to accounts queries from clients.
Ordered and issued foreign exchange
Must be in the travel industry more than 6 years
Must work on Galileo or Amadeus.
Knowledge of Quictrav vouchers and car vouchers
Willing to work on after-hours rotation.
Knowledge of main airports in the world and visas needed for each country.
