✅ SQL Database Administration, Optimization & Performance Tuning
✅ Incident Management & Change Control
✅ Disaster Recovery Planning & Backup Management
✅ SQL Server Patch Management & Upgrades
✅ Reporting Services (SSRS) & Power BI Report Development
✅ Data Warehousing & Azure Data Services (Azure SQL MI, Data Factory, Synapse)
✅ Always On Availability Groups & SQL Replication (Merge & Transactional)
✅ Capacity Planning & Security Best Practices

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 7+ years SQL Server DBA experience
✔️ 4+ years working with SQL 2012/2014/2016/2022
✔️ Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, and Azure SQL DB
✔️ Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL, query optimization, and indexing
✔️ Ability to design and implement Data Warehouses & ETL workflows
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Willingness to travel and provide after-hours support when required
