Intermediate to Senior UX Designer

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, workshops, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points. Develop user personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to guide product design. Design intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms. Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions. Analyze user feedback, behavioural data, and usability metrics to continuously enhance product performance and user satisfaction. Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, usability best practices, and established design systems. Effectively communicate design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Contribute to UX strategy, champion best practices, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers (Senior-level responsibility). Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum of 4 years' experience in UX Design, with demonstrable experience leading projects, initiatives, or mentoring team members. Strong portfolio showcasing the complete UX design lifecycle, from research and discovery through to implementation and optimization. Proven experience conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and facilitating usability testing. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
