POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage internal audit engagements Manage, coach and develop members of the audit team Conduct and oversee risk-based internal audits Evaluate internal controls, governance and risk-management processes Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations Manage multiple audit assignments and ensure quality delivery Engage confidently with senior stakeholders Present audit findings and recommendations effectively Build strong relationships across the business Drive continuous improvement within the internal audit function Job Experience & Skills Required Qualifications: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) - NON-NEGOTIABLE CA(SA) OR BCom with completed articles Experience: Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience 10+ years' experience preferred Proven Internal Audit experience Previous management\/team leadership experience Consulting experience would be highly advantageous Skills: Risk-based internal auditing Risk and controls Governance Stakeholder management Team leadership and development Consulting\/advisory capability Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders Apply now!
