Duties:

• Assessing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of application, operational and financial controls, procedures and processes, and draw up system descriptions and assess business risk
• Identifying risks and draft a suitable audit programme to test internal controls
• Carry out audits on
• Management policies or procedures
• Perform and coordinate audit engagements
• Prepare work papers to ensure compliance with established control procedures and identify potential issues that need attention
• Work with the audit team to design and implement suggested process improvements to improve department and individual performance
• Design audit programs to accomplish stated audit objectives
• Draft audit communications and presentation of issues to senior management
• Prepare audit reports and working papers that support opinion and recommendations to improve process, system and control deficiencies

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• BCom Honours In Internal Audit
• CIA/ CCSA/ CRMA or CISA

Experience:

• 3 /6 Years Internal Audit Experience with an Audit Firm
• Strong Academics records, awards and work achievements are very beneficial.
