Vacancy for an Internal Audit specifically looking for a CA(SA).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose and Responsibilities of the role:

To conduct governance, financial and operational process audits on the various business areas within the Group. Participation in, and on occasion leading of audit reviews, delivering audit outputs which include final reports within agreed timescales and in accordance with Internal Audit Standards.

We are looking for a very strong CA(SA), passionate about audit and wanting to stay in audit (i.e. not hoping to move into business soon). Someone that is willing to look at Internal Audit or has even already moved into Internal Audit. Insurance experience is of course always great and experience with IFRS17. Looking for someone with minimum 5 years’ experience – i.e. 2 years post articles.

Minimum Qualifications:

Chartereed Accountant

5 years' experience witihin the audit field

Experience:

Auditing witihin insurance space is advantageous

IFRS 17 experience is advantageous

Exposure to IT Audits (application tetsing) is advantageous

Data Analytics experience is advantageous
