SUMMARY:
We are recruiting an Internal / Counter Sales Representative to promote products, manage sales processes, and provide excellent service to build lasting customer relationships.

POSITION INFO:

Internal / Counter Sales Representative

Robertsham, Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with sales queries.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and process orders accurately.
Manage customer interactions in the CRM and track order progress.
Follow up with potential and quoted customers, driving new business.
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and provide product knowledge.
Support lead generation, cold calling, and campaigns.
Compile sales reports, attend meetings, and support events/training.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Maths essential), tertiary qualification an advantage.
3–5 years internal sales experience.
Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate, organized, and customer-focused.
