POSITION INFO:

A well-established organization based in Observatory is looking to employ an experienced Internal Key Accounts Representative to join their organization. Suitable candidates will need to meet the following requirements:

Work experience (2+ years) as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, and excellent telephone manner
Strong organization and presentation skills
Ability to communicate, influence, build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in order to achieve successful outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

Building long term sustainable relationships with customers
Support sales in producing quotes and proposals for these customers
Bridge the gap between sales and the rest of the business
Manage the successful onboarding of these customers to our products or services
Demonstrate the value of the services on an ongoing basis
Manage the renewal of services and encourage the growth and adoption of new
