SUMMARY:
A well-established Company and Supplier of laboratory and bioprocessing equipment requires the above to liaise with Customers, coordinate and implement all administration as well as work closely with all Departments within the Company.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements for the role:

A Life Sciences or related qualification is essential for this role.
Previous experience working in an Internal Sales Role within the Life Sciences Industry is essential for this role.
The Company will consider looking at a Life Sciences Graduate with no experience to be groomed into this role.
Previous experience working on Sage Evolution is preferred but not essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Working closely with the Sales Team as well as Senior Management within the Company.
Compiling quotations and relative information for Customers as well as following up on quotations sent.
Receiving and capturing all order numbers corresponding with the correct order.
Following-up on and liaising with the Warehouse regarding stock levels, and estimated delivery times etc.
Handling Customer queries and ensuring the relevant Sales Representative and Product Specialist is informed as required.
Assisting with all exhibitions and seminars as required.
Attending product training as required.
Managing and keeping track of all weekly and monthly orders and updating the relevant product specialists.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
