JOB SUMMARY:
Greys Recruitment a well established, national Recruitment Agency is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their growing team at the Durban Head Office. You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for internal vacancies for the company nationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for:

Managing the full end to end recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing through to offer stage
Development and implementation of recruitment and sourcing strategies
Advertising internal job vacancies
Sourcing candidates via internal database, job boards and various social media platforms.
Scheduling interviews and managing post interview feedback
Reference and verification checks
Attend and actively participate in recruitment update meetings
Succession planning and development of candidate pipeline.
Sustaining long term relationship with candidates

A minimum of 3 years generalist recruitment experience is essential
