POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a motivated and organised Internal Sales & Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be computer literate, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Only candidates available to commence employment on 1 July 2026 will be considered. Requirements Previous sales and administration experience Computer literate Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and perform under pressure Reliable and punctual Advantageous Pool technical experience Fibreglass industry experience Duties & Responsibilities Assist customers and process sales Prepare and capture quotations and invoices Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system Perform general office administration duties Handle customer queries and follow up on requests Assist with stock-related administration Maintain a professional and organised work environment Application Notice We receive a high volume of applications and carefully review each one.
