Internal Sales Representative | Durban Branch, Westmead | Immediate Start | Salary: R12 000- R16 000

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations for Sales Representatives
Process orders efficiently and accurately
Follow up with customers via calls and emails regularly
Attend weekly sales meetings
Achieve monthly sales targets
Assess competitive supplier pricing and information
Generate orders for fulfillment
Understand and communicate customer needs and requirements
Troubleshoot and track problems
Maintain quality standards
Open new accounts for suppliers and customers
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in internal sales or similar role
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
