SUMMARY:
Large, well established company urgently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator for their JHB South - Kliprivier branch

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Effective handling of customer inquiries\/queries Liaising with clients telephonically and on emails including but not limited to an existing customer data base list Handling daily activities relating to transport contractors, logistics, procurement, and anything relating to enquiries Liaise effectively with managers regarding operational requirements on production\/product and sales levels etc. on daily basis Responsible for general sales administration requirements Quotes \/ designing on CAD \/ costing \/ order processing \/ warranty tracking \/ delivery tracking \/ tracking \/ cold calling register \/ budget tracking \/ daily workload reporting \/ daily prospect reporting \/ customer survey's Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees Compliance to the clients SHEQ code of conduct and standards REQUIREMENTS: Matric Sales \/ Marketing or related Diploma Advanced Excel Skills 3-5 years experience in a similar position Experience handling costing
