SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Co-ordinator / Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Co-ordinator to support our Head of Sales – and assist the broader sales team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the diary and office of the Head of Sales
• Perform secretarial tasks: prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and contract drafting.
• Handle sales admin functions: processing offers, confirming orders, updating CRM, and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments in a professional and confidential manner.
• Support event planning, budgeting, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare monthly sales and financial reports.
• Assist with customer account management and project tracking.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales administration or office support.
• Matric + Secretarial Diploma or relevant NQF6 qualification.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
