SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Co-ordinator / Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Co-ordinator to support our Head of Sales – and assist the broader sales team.

ð§ Key Responsibilities:

Manage the diary and office of the Head of Sales
Perform secretarial tasks: prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and contract drafting.
Handle sales admin functions: processing offers, confirming orders, updating CRM, and reporting.
Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments in a professional and confidential manner.
Support event planning, budgeting, and marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare monthly sales and financial reports.
Assist with customer account management and project tracking.

â Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales administration or office support.
Matric + Secretarial Diploma or relevant NQF6 qualification.
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
