JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, the purpose of the position is to provide a point of contact for customers, for queries about products, orders, deliveries, and to liaise with the warehouse for dispatch.

Minimum requirements:

3-5 previous Internal Exports/Sales experience, within a strong administration role
Excellent interpersonal, people/customer service skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and good numeracy skills is essential
Computer literacy – SAP & Microsoft office – Outlook/Excel/Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which includes telephone etiquette
Good time management & the ability to prioritize, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Ability to communicate in Afrikaans will be beneficial;
