Our Client is a leading distributor of technologies such as Wireless Broadband, Wi-Fi, Networking, Routing, VoIP, IoT, Fibre, Access Control and IP Surveillance. They supply only best-of-breed products, providing strong after-sales service, technical support, internationally certified trainings, as well as finance solutions to their customers.

Job Description

• Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs and provide tailored quotations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to offer informed solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring all necessary sales activities are completed efficiently.

• Process customer orders and ensure they are followed through to successful completion.

• Be goal-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales role.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP).

• Experience in the IT/ICT industry is advantageous.

• Background in Wired/Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or Call Centre environments is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory).

• CompTIA Network+ or a similar networking-related qualification is required.

• A relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in Afrikaans is essential.

• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborative team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
