Matric (Grade 12) is essential

Requirements

Some technical knowledge is a strong advantage, especially in Electrical, Electronics, or Harness/Connector fields.
Previous office experience (administrative, customer service, or sales support) is preferred.
Comfortable working in a quiet, focused office environment (introverted personality welcomed).
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and reliability.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Valid Drivers License

Duties

Training on product range and technical knowledge.
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Process sales orders, quotations, and follow-ups accurately and on time.
Provide product information and basic technical support on connectors, wire, tooling, and harness-related products.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, sample requests, and documentation.
Build and maintain professional customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service.
Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services (e.g., kit supply, prototyping).
