Well renowned manufacturing company within the mining Industry is seeking a top class Internal Sales Consultant . We are seeking a go-getter and risk taker. The suitable candidate is required to have a minimum of 2yrs previous experience dealing with and selling to Mines, with knowledge of Screens essential

Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Valid driver’s license with own transport
• Total provisioned on MS Office package especially Excel.
• Pastel/Umbrella experience
• Good communication skills
• Liaise between External Sales and Manufacturing
• Understand procurement procedures
• 2+ years’ work experience in Screening/mining environment
• Proven sound technical and engineering knowledge
• Proven sound metallurgical knowledge
• Proven record of achievement of budgets and targets
• Proven ability to prepare accurate quotations and written reports
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients.
• Appearance and behaviour appropriate to gain client acceptance.
• Must be a team player with the ability to develop sound relationships within the company and the customer base

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct quotation, technical service and order process functions
• Proactively follow up quotes and tenders to ascertain effectiveness
• Problem solve and gather information as needed to create the highest quality product consistent with customer requirements
• Ensure liaison between Sales and Operations team is efficient and seamless to maximise monthly revenue and on-time deliveries
• Translate customer applications into defined requirements and product specifications
• Undertake project-based work as a member of project teams (project-based roles and responsibilities are described in project documentation)
• Undertake or participate in day-to-day operational tasks such as training and administrative
