POSITION INFO:
Internal Sales Reports To: Internal Sales Supervisor Scope We are looking for a responsible individual to carry out Internal Sales activities. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Work Experience Matric. 2 years' Internal Sales experience. Reasonable knowledge of all products sold by G. Fox. Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Syspro Attributes Self-motivated and well presented. Intelligent and committed individual. A team player who works well with others. Able to work under pressure and be overall goal driven. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities Answer customer calls and incoming emails. Process customer quotations. Process customer purchase orders. Address customer queries and complaints. Assist walk-in customers. Communicate with the Accounts Department regarding customer account queries. Communicate with the Dispatch Department regarding customer special requests for delivery. Communicate with the Embroidery Department regarding customer branded orders. Ensure that all quotations and purchase orders are processed within the specified times. Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted.
