JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a well established Electrical Wholesaler is seeking an Internal Sales Rep to be based in Durban.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas include the following:

Direct Customer Sales.
Telesales and Tender Pricing.
Material and Stock Sourcing.
Creating and maintaining Orders.
Purchase Orders and Transport co-ordination.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
Prepare quotation on a variety of products.
Provide an Internal support function to External sales representatives.
Assist department in administration role.

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12 essential.

Core Competencies:

Advance LV Product Knowledge, moderate Cable and OHL knowledge.
Computer Literacy (MS Word and Excel) and Numeracy skills.
Email etiquette.
Must pay attention to detail.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
Strong telephone etiquette and have moderate administration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Maintain documentation record.
