We require your experience and expertise to join our clients business, a leader in this engineering field, doing Internal Sales, advising customers on solutions for their special requirements, closing sales and building long term customer relationships.

Matric

Sales experience dealing with fasteners is Essential

Proactive, intelligent, and very good Interpersonal skills

Quick learner with a good memory ability  

Strong relationship builder for repeat business

Negotiation skills and adaptable strategic thinker

A problem solver, listening to requirements and selling with a solution

Ability to use initiative and grow the sales of products

DUTIES:

Reporting to the Owner

Taking incoming calls with enquiries about products

Interfacing with customers regarding fasteners and solutions for their individual requirement, utilizing all necessary resources

Delivering fast and efficient service with quotations & getting back to clients timeously

Negotiating price options

Continually developing long-term relationships to increase earning potential and sales

Sales of company range of products, devices and solutions

Listening to the customer requirements and able to give best option or solutions

Arrange deliveries and drop offs

Monitoring stock control and lead time for new orders

Managing relationships with Distributors, Customers and all employees within the Branch

SALARY:         R Basic dependant on experience plus incentives
