SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a professional and customer-focused Internal Sales / Front Desk Administrator with Sage 200 experience to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in an Internal Sales and\/or Front Desk role. Essential: Experience working on Sage 200 Evolution . Strong administrative skills with experience preparing quotations and processing invoices. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Well-organised with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and assisting customers at reception. Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally. Preparing quotations and processing customer orders. Generating invoices on Sage 200 Evolution. Providing administrative support to the sales team.
