Our Client is looking for Internal Sales Person to join their team?

POSITION INFO:
Location: Johannesburg Job Purpose To manage customer orders, provide product information, prepare quotations, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. Experience No previous experience required. Previous internal sales or customer service experience will be advantageous. Academic Qualifications Matric \/ Grade 12 qualification Key Performance Areas | Duties & Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries. Liaise with customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and orders. Discuss and provide information on products to customers. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Expedite and follow up on customer deliveries. Handle customer enquiries and provide timely feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prepare and submit quotations to customers. Follow up on quotations and potential sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as instructed by management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Sound working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Steel product knowledge will be advantageous. Strong numerical aptitude. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Pastel knowledge will be advantageous. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines .
